1. What was my key learning (my insights and aha-moments)?

• That we should try to work more with political parties to achieve our goals
• That we should analyze our project environment politically regularly

• Informing myself better on the political analyses and then informing the local project staff and try to devote attention to it in the weekly meetings
• Emphasize and encourage specific professional training in DLGN of local staff

• Diepak’s portfolio in Mongolia is interesting to understand how separate interventions can contribute to changing a local governance system. SCO Kosovo might have to consider such an arrangement now that they will become a lead donor in DLGN.

4. What are my suggestions for the further improvement of the network collaboration?
