    This is a joint learning journey of the Peace, Governance and Equality PGE Cluster. It sets off a process of collaborative learning and exchanges on challenges of engagement in contexts of democratic reversals and long-standing authoritarian contexts, through the lenseses of governance, fragility, gender equality and inclusion. The ultimate goal of the learning journey is to highlight key considerations for an approach to development cooperation in authoritarian contexts that is transformative and effective in advancing the fundamental liberties and human rights of the people.
