Online course: Implementing Leave No One Behind within SDC (March 2023)
Leave No One Behind (LNOB) is a fundamental principle of the 2030 Agenda and defines the SDC’s approach to poverty reduction. Designed specifically for SDC staff, this course aims to help you interpret what the LNOBcommitment means concretely for your work and to provide guidance on operationalisation in the planning and delivery of programmes and projects. The course is facilitated by experts from Development Initiatives (DI).
The course comprises three modules which have been structured to follow SDC’s project cycle model:
• Module 1 – LNOB in ‘Analyse’
• Module 2 – LNOB in ‘Plan & implement’
• Module 3 – LNOB in ‘Monitor & evaluate’
Application to the course was open to all SDC staff, both working in Swiss representations or at head office in Berne. This online course took place on Wednesday, 1st March 2023 9.30-11.00 CET: Module 1; and Thursday, 2nd March 2023 9.00-12.00 CET: Modules 2 & 3.
