The SDC Guidelines on DRR provide orientation on how to manage systematically disaster risks and on how to integrate them into the SDC’s planning and operational processes.
The Policy Marker DRR is used for monitoring and reporting purposes. It provides information for steering and communicating allocated financial resources to advance the DRR agenda, and helps to understand the degree to which DRR is integrated as transversal topic across different sectors. This document provides information on DRR and guidance on the use of the Policy Marker DRR.
Between 2010 and 2017, the SDC commissioned more than 800 projects in the field of DRR. This evaluation provides a status check on performance as well as evidence-based inputs to the thematic orientation of the SDC’s engagement in DRR.
