Conflict Sensitive Program Management for better Land Governance in the Mekong Region

The Focal Point Conflict and Human Rights was asked by SDC Lao and the Mekong Region Land Governance Project (mrlg.org) to conduct a Learning Workshop on. This Conflict Sensitive Program Management (CSPM) for better Land Governance in the Mekong Region took place from 9-11 October 2016, in Yangon, Myanmar. It was timed so that the results could be integrated into the Mid Term Review of the MRLG project.
Objectives:
- CSPM approach in order to implement your strategies in difficult environments;
- To use a conflict sensitivity approach better to deal with challenging situations in the work of MLRG and partners;
- To know SDCs approach to Conflict Sensitive Program Management CSPM;
- To improve regular monitoring of contextual change.
