How to Join the Network

​​​​To Join the SDC Health Network, please follow the steps indicated below.

​​

1. Fill out the form below, or send an email to the SDC Health Focal Point​



​

​​2. R​egister to ​the  FDFA 's online platform​ (see instructions​) 
NOTE: this step is not necessary for FDFA's staff. 
​​​​
​​3. You will be contacted by our Shareweb Facilitator, who will you give you access to ​​the Closed User Group area.

Once you have joined, click on "login" in the top right corner, select "Username / Password identification" and enter your e-mail and password; if you don't remember it, set a new one.​
