Every year in the city of St. Gallen the agricultural and nutrition fair is taking place. The fair was held from 8 – 18 October 2015 and attracted a large number of visitors. This year SDC created an interactive exhibition about food, food security and nutrition at the OLMA agricultural fair and Kosovo was part of it. SME's from Kosovo who are supported by the Promoting Private Sector Employment (PPSE) project had the opportunity to present a wide range of their products. These are some companies and products which were presented at the fair:

• Mushroom Ajvar produced by the company "Fungo FF": Mushroom Ajvar is an artisanal product which is produced with Porcini mushrooms. Ajvar is well known and used in the Balkans and is used as a bread spread or side dish. This type of product is unique for the Kosovo and Balkans market and represents possibilities of product diversification combining with traditional preparation of food.
• Pepper Powder produced by "Ananas Impex": Pepper Powder is a food condiment produced through processing of pepper.

Thanks to the attractive market stand with all the products, the Kosovo booth was very well visited. People tasted the very tasty mushroom ajvar and liked it a lot. Lots of visitors have heard about Ajvar for the first time. All in all, the SDC's stands received very positive reactions from the public and from the media during the ten-day agricultural and trade fair.
