Leave no one behind (LNOB) is the central pledge of the 2030 Agenda, recognizing the need to combat poverty and inequalities. In fact, leaving no one behind is indispensable in order to meet the Sustainable Development Goals.
The event on Leave no one behind provided a space to exchange among practitioners on this guiding principle of SDC's work.
After the opening of Ida McDonnell (Senior Policy Analyst and Team Lead, OECD) and Thomas Gass (Ambassador, Assistant Director General, Head of South Cooperation Department, SDC), it was discussed how to operationalize Leave no one behind in practice.
