LOGIN announces the 5th Edition of E-course on Basic Concepts of Functional Assignment. The course duration will be March 29 - May 22, 2019.

This E-course on Functional Assignment will provide a comprehensive overview of a structured approach to assigning government functions to different levels of government. Participants will be able to recall and understand key concepts and principles of Functional Assignment. They will also be able to apply some of these principles to their country context.

The course is targeted at a broad range of stakeholders – including government departments, national and international NGOs, think tanks, development partners and others – who are involved in decentralisation and local governance reforms in their countries.

E-course on Basic Concepts on Fiscal Decentralisation (6th Edition)

The E-course will appraise participants with the key concepts, tools and guidelines regarding fiscal decentralisation. The duration of the course will be March 15 - April 12, 2019.

Participants will be able to access relevant academic papers and documents, slide-decks, videos, and collated materials from fiscal decentralisation efforts within the region. They will have the facility to raise queries and receive answers clarifying their doubts. Further, they will also be able to use asynchronous discussion board for self-paced collaborative learning!
