DeLoG Webinar on ‘Local Governance in Fragile and Conflict-Affected Settings’

Dear DeLoG members and partners,

we would like to announce DeLoG´s next webinar on 'Local Governance in Fragile and Conflict-Affected Settings', which will take place next Friday, 7th June, at 11am (CET). The webinar is part of the tutored e-course on "Enhancing Development Effectiveness for Decentralisation and Local Governance" and will recall what the commonly accepted features of "fragility" are while also underlining the great diversity of fragile contexts.

A presentation will be delivered by Erin Mccandless, a scholar and practitioner with extensive experience working on and in conflict affected settings, broadly on issues of peacebuilding, statebuilding, security, governance, development and resilience – and their intersections.

The webinar is accessible to all our Partners, Members and interested Persons. It will be conducted in English and is free of charge.

In order to register for the webinar please click here.

The webinar will be recorded and posted on our DeLoG's Website.

Please don't hesitate to contact me for further information.
