In fragile and conflict affected situations (FCS) and insecure contexts, staff members, partners and beneficiaries can be exposed to security risks that have an impact on their work and on their lives. Therefore, Security Risk Management is a key requirement for all programmes implemented in these contexts and should be mainstreamed at all stages of planning, implementation and monitoring.
