Result Frameworks of a Cooperation Strategy and monitoring systems assess the change contributed by SDC's programme to the country development. This information forms the basis for the annual reports. SDCs board of directors decided in December 2016 that in addition to aggregation indicators for fragile countries CHRnet's reference indicators are mandatory.
