#HackCorona in Ukraine 2020 is an all-Ukrainian competition of IT-based projects which help citizens and businesses resist the COVID-19 pandemic in Ukraine. Civil society activists, startups, researchers and developers are designing their initiatives to combat coronavirus. Competition is initiated by the Ministry of Digital Transformation of Ukraine in cooperation with Ukrainian business and international partners, including the Swiss Embassy in Ukraine and UNDP in Ukraine
Based on the EU framework on Digital Competence, the National Online Digital Literacy Platform Diia aims to help at least 6 million Ukrainians of all ages to get digital skills by 2023. In the current context of the COVID-19 lock-down and a rapid reorientation of businesses and public institutions activities to online, digital skills become vitally important.
