​​​​​​​​​​Online training on Conflict Sensitive Programme Management (CSPM)

​Under the leadership of swisspeace KOFF, SDC developed an online course on CSPM together with Civil Society Organisations and Project Implementing Partners. 

The course contains three modules. Module 1 describes the basic concept of conflict sensitivity, along with related definitions. Module 2 and 3 focus on practical exercises in a simulated environment at project/programme and strategic level. 

On completion of the modules and the final assessment, a personalized certificate is delivered.

Online training on Human Rights Based Approach (HRBA)

Is there more​ to development work than building wells, roads and schools? We think so!

This e-learning course, developed by the Danish Institue for Human Rights, emphasizes that human rights should underpin all aspects of development work. Through a series of interactive lessons, y​ou get introduced to this approach to development programming.

  • How to apply the method in practice.
